Goodyear Auto Service

The most honest and professional business around! I was told by my Dealership I needed a new battery and they were going to charge me double of what Goodyear was going to charge me. However, before replacing it, Goodyear tested my battery and it was in perfect condition and didn’t need any replacement!! Most establishments would have just replaced, or claimed that they had, to make the money! I highly recommend Goodyear - Ivan and Chris were terrific to deal with!!!

Prices at this location are higher than surrounding locations. I went to have tires installed and an alignment, and was quoted $425.08 to mount, balance and align 4 new tires that I provided. That is almost $100.00 more than I paid at the Goodyear in North Palm Beach, FOR THE SAME SERVICE. When I asked the lady who checked me in if they price match other Goodyear locations, she told me that the price is what it is, she just puts the codes in and I was "welcome to go to the other Goodyear if I wanted to" I mentioned to her that the price that she quoted me was significantly more than North Palm Beach and she said that the prices were the same, per a manager that she spoke to on the phone. In conclusion, I put the tires back in my trunk, drove to Goodyear in NPB and saved almost $100.00 (with the help of an alignment coupon that I found on Goodyear's website). I recommend NPB location over this one.

Best and most honest shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone in my office comes here for service. There have been multiple instances in which I brought my car in for service and have been charged nothing because the either the fix was simple or was not necessary. In Particular, I brought my car in for an alignment but wasn’t charged because everything was within tolerance, saved me $200+.

I took my car in after it began making a terrible grinding noise after getting my right wheel bearing replaced at another shop. Good Year ran a diagnostic for free and found that the previous shop bent the bearing. They fixed it for free! So happy with the service from Ivan and Sherry. I will definitely be back!

Sharon was amazing. My car was ready within an hour and a half and the price was extremely reasonable. Able to patch up my tire.

Chris is the best! Every single time. He and his team take care of me, my parents each also. The whole fam comes here because of the great service, the great and transparent atmosphere. Nothing hidden, and we always leave with the best situations.

I came here to get my tires rotated, I booked online and showed up at the time of my booking and it was done in 20 minutes! Lightning fast! Everyone there was super friendly and professional and it’s my second time here and both times were perfect. Looking forward to future services here because it went so well. Shout out to Chris, Ivan, and Sherrie for making the process smooth!

I’ve had two great experiences with Goodyear WPB. The first was when I came back from being away for the summer and needed air in my tires. I didn’t have a gauge, so I drove past this location on a whim — they helped me right away and didn’t charge me for the service. The second just happened. My tire was punctured at a car wash, and the car wash was trying to arrange a replacement, but their repair shop couldn’t source the tire for another week. Goodyear got me in the same day. I brought the car over, they replaced the tire immediately — no wait — put the donut back in the trunk, and recalibrated all the tires. Fast, easy, and pleasant. A big THANK YOU to Ivan Alonso, Chris Goody, and the exceptional Sherrie Hoffman.
